Instructional Designer -- Workday HR Technology Enablement
Location: 100% Remote (USA)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
We are actively hiring an Instructional Designer with hands-on experience supporting Workday implementations for a large enterprise HR technology transformation.
MUST HAVE
- Experience creating learning content for Workday HCM/HRIS implementations
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise 360 and/or Articulate Storyline
- Experience designing ILT, VILT, eLearning, job aids, simulations, and microlearning
- Experience supporting enterprise HR technology implementations or digital transformation projects
- Strong understanding of Instructional Design (ADDIE/Adult Learning Principles)
Preferred
- Workday Core HCM, Payroll, and Talent
- HRIS and ServiceNow HR experience
- Change Management
- Vyond and Synthesia
- LMS experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday training materials for employees, managers, HR, and Payroll teams
- Build eLearning modules using Articulate Rise/Storyline
- Develop job aids, quick reference guides, simulations, and virtual training
- Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, SMEs, and Change Management teams
- Support enterprise Workday adoption before, during, and after go-live

Please apply only if you have experience creating training for Workday or other enterprise HR systems (HCM/HRIS implementations). Generic instructional design experience without HR technology implementation exposure is unlikely to be a fit.
