Position Overview

We are looking for motivated Outbound Sales Associates to help expand our international client base through outbound outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals who are confident in high-ticket sales and interested in working within the global mining and commodities sector.

This role is fully remote and offers flexible working hours, allowing team members to work from anywhere while building a strong long-term income opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential international buyers and business partners
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Present company offerings professionally and confidently
  • Negotiate deals and assist in closing high-value transactions
  • Collaborate with management to help expand into new global markets
  • Maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and sales activity

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, outbound sales, business development, or account management
  • Mining industry experience or mining sales experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to build trust with international clients and partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong income motivation

Preferred Languages

  • Mandarin Chinese
  • Korean
  • Japanese
  • Additional international languages are considered a strong asset

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with significant earning potential through high-ticket sales. Successful team members may earn approximately $50,000 to $200,000+ annually, depending on performance and closed deals.
