Attorney - Insurance Defense (Remote)
A fully remote litigation firm is expanding its auto liability defense practice and is seeking two attorneys: a Mid-Level Attorney (2--5 years) and a Senior Trial Attorney (7+ years). The firm maintains a strong operational infrastructure that supports attorneys through consistent communication, weekly meetings, and structured case oversight.
This opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking a remote environment with clear expectations, strong support staff, and long-term growth potential.
Compensation Structure
- Mid-Level Attorney: $150,000--$175,000 DOE
- Senior Attorney: $175,000--$220,000 DOE
- Monthly production-based bonus (~$7,000--$10,000 annually after onboarding period), no origination or discretionary bonus structure

Mid-Level Attorney Responsibilities
- Manage auto liability cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations and settlement discussions
- Evaluate liability and damages, and prepare client reports
- Collaborate with the supervising partner on the case strategy
Senior Attorney Responsibilities
- Handle cases from intake through trial and post-trial
- Conduct depositions, expert discovery, and trial proceedings
- Develop and execute litigation strategies independently
- Manage client communication and reporting
- Mentor junior attorneys and support staff (as applicable)
- Contribute to internal workflows and litigation processes
Candidate Requirements
Mid-Level Attorney:
- 2--5 years of litigation experience in auto defense, PI defense, or civil litigation
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
Senior Attorney:
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Trial experience (first or second chair) required
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload
- Experience supervising or mentoring preferred
