Senior Litigation Attorney

A confidential high-end boutique firm in West Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney for a senior counsel or junior-level service partner role. This position is ideal for a senior litigator with substantial experience in complex litigation who can independently manage matters from inception through trial.

Responsibilities

• Managing litigation matters
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Handling court appearances
• Serving as a point of contact for opposing counsel
• Managing client relationships
• Assessing legal risk
• Coordinating with partners and support teams

Qualifications

• California Bar admission
• Strong writing and research skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong client management skills
• First- or second-chair trial experience is greatly preferred
• Real estate litigation and experience with shareholder or partner disputes are pluses

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $240,000 to $320,000 per year (DOE)
• 1,800-hour billable requirement
• Hybrid work schedule
