Pay Range:$130,000-$150,000 Per Year

Description

Join our team as a Director in Strategy and Transformation. This full-time role is based in the Northeast region and requires a hybrid work schedule. You will lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive business transformation. Proficiency in programming and understanding of statistical models is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data-driven strategies to support business transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain predictive models to enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensure alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• PhD with 0--1 years, Master's degree with 2 years, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years in a related field.
• Experience in the insurance industry, with a preference for underwriting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML modeling and development.
• Strong understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals.
• Proficient programming skills in a general-purpose language.
