Description
The position is based in Wall Township, NJ, with a hybrid work model and is a contract role.
The role involves leading technical efforts for Workday solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and standards. Responsibilities include design, integration, and support using general integration technologies.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development, integration, and support.
- Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners for scalable solutions.
- Drive governance and oversight beyond implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate on design and development of integrations.
- Review and approve designs, code, and configurations.
- Ensure proper documentation and monitoring are built into integrations.
- Support testing strategies to ensure quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical lead and point of contact for external partners.
- Partner closely to review and guide technical designs and configurations.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and standards.
- Provide oversight and quality assurance on all technical deliverables.
- Oversee data architecture and validate security configurations.
Qualifications
- 7 years of technical experience in configuration, integrations, and development.
- Experience collaborating with external partners on large-scale implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with general integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and middleware concepts.
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and integration debugging and performance tuning.
