• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening.
• Engage with leads regularly to sustain interest and guide them through the hiring journey.
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system.
• Generate commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews you support, and hires that arise from your leads.

Compensation Structure
