The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. Reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics, you will work cross-functionally with our Go-To-Market (GTM), Clinical Strategy, and Finance teams as an embedded partner. This role is eligible for remote work within the USA, excluding Hawaii.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand client-facing reporting to help customers understand the clinical and business value of their investment.
- Build and maintain the data foundation using dbt models, metric definitions, and reliable pipelines.
- Support clinical analytics workstreams, including outcomes reporting, ROI analyses, and compliance-related data work.
- Partner with stakeholders across Clinical Strategy, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to surface insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Develop and sustain our dbt codebase using SQL; write modular, well-tested models.
- Partner with Data Engineering to improve our data platform and advocate for upstream data quality.
- Manage ad-hoc requests and identify patterns for future automation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or a clinical setting.
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R, dbt, statistical data analysis, and data visualization.
- Experience with BI tooling (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Omni, or similar).
- High EQ, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort interfacing with leadership.
- Genuine curiosity about clinical data, health outcomes, and population-level trends.
- Comfortable working with messy, ambiguous data.
- Ability to drive execution and demonstrate strategic thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about the mental health space.
- Must be able to maintain work authorization in the USA without sponsorship.
Bonus Points
- Master's degree in a health or analytical related field.
- Experience in a digital health setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (e.g., Knox Keene, HIPAA).
- High-growth startup experience.
- Experience developing external-facing client reporting.

Compensation
Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Zone 1 (SF/NYC): $106,600 - $125,400
- Zone 2 (CA/Seattle): $106,600 - $125,400
- Zone 3 (NY/WA/DC/TX/CT/IL/MA/NH/NJ/OR/RI/VT): $95,940 - $112,860
- Zone 4 (Other): $90,610 - $106,590
