[Remote] Senior Enterprise Systems Product Manager (Business Intelligence)

About the Role

MOGEL is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Product Manager (Business Intelligence) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of enterprise BI and data capabilities. This role focuses on enabling smarter decision-making across the organization by driving initiatives that improve data accessibility and enhance key processes. This is a remote position open to candidates in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for business intelligence and data solutions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business needs, define outcomes, and translate them into requirements
• Lead delivery of new BI capabilities and enhancements, including greenfield initiatives and system improvements
• Drive initiatives that improve data quality, consistency, governance, and usability
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly data solutions
• Facilitate discovery sessions and guide stakeholders through solution design and delivery planning
• Own and manage epics, user stories, and backlog prioritization within an Agile framework
• Monitor product performance through key metrics such as adoption, data accuracy, and delivery outcomes
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate insights and reduce manual processes
• Ensure solutions align with business processes, compliance requirements, and operational goals
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, enterprise systems, or consulting, including 4+ years focused on data, analytics, or business intelligence solutions
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts, data modeling, and reporting strategies
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and/or NetSuite
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or similar) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/automation use cases in data and analytics environments
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe); CSPO preferred
• Strong ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities
