Duration: 4 month contract (extension and conversion potential)

Compensation Range: $33 / hour - $38 / hour W2

Job Description

The client is seeking an experienced brand creator marketing professional to lead end-to-end creator content strategy across social platforms, driving brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and paid amplification for a high-profile streaming brand.

Job Summary

  • Define and lead the overarching brand creator marketing strategy across all major social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Manage all off-handle creator activations, ensuring brand consistency, messaging alignment, and performance optimization across creator-owned channels
  • Create and own all creator content on the client's owned social channels, including creator-led series, takeovers, and collaborative posts
  • Lead multi-title creator campaign efforts across every audience segment, partnering cross-functionally with title marketing, social, media, and brand teams
  • Build and maintain scalable campaign frameworks that span genres, audiences, and content windows
  • Own the creator boosting strategy for both organic and paid creator content, overseeing paid media spend and amplification
  • Develop and manage long-term creator partnerships and repeatable brand formats aligned with cultural relevance and platform trends

Minimum Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in brand marketing or creator/influencer marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Fluency in social media platforms, strategy, and evolving algorithm behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Facebook
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing multi-platform creator or influencer campaigns at scale
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, PST hours, including approximately 10 hours of overtime per week and holiday availability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a large, well-known brand in big tech, streaming, or the entertainment industry
  • Hands-on experience working directly with influencers and content creators
  • Proficiency with creative resource tools, specifically Creative IQ
  • Portfolio of past campaign work (nice-to-have, not required)
  • Alignment with a "Think Big" and "Earn Trust" operating mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
