Job Description

Seeking a highly organized, data-driven Paid Media Consultant to support the execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and emerging digital platforms for a fast-growing beauty and wellness brand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate campaign execution from briefing through launch and reporting
  • Create and manage creative briefs for paid ads, UGC, hooks, copy, and assets
  • Partner with creative, influencer, and agency teams to ensure platform-native, performance-driven content
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities tied to ROAS, CAC, and conversion goals
  • Oversee asset trafficking, timelines, approvals, and delivery across channels
  • Participate in weekly marketing and performance meetings with internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Ensure proper tracking setup including UTMs, pixels, and conversion events
  • Support budget pacing, invoice tracking, and reporting processes
  • Maintain organized workflows and project management within Asana

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • 4-6 years of paid media experience within DTC, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
  • Experience managing UGC and performance creative, specifically ad hooks and conversion-focused content
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience using Asana
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving, ambiguous, high-growth environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Google/YouTube paid media campaigns
  • Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, attribution, and measurement tools
  • Experience with Figma and CapCut
  • Beauty, skincare, fashion, or wellness industry background
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for creative testing and workflow optimization
