Job Description

Seeking an experienced professional to support manual and automated testing efforts across web, desktop, and mobile applications while helping scale a growing QA function.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups and sprint activities.
• Review Jira stories and requirements to create test plans, test cases, and use cases.
• Execute testing for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes.
• Determine appropriate manual versus automated testing approaches.
• Validate application functionality, business logic, and underlying data.
• Debug issues using available testing and development tools.
• Document and communicate defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Support CI/CD initiatives and more frequent release cycles.
• Manage a dynamic testing workload across multiple projects.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks and scripts from scratch in Python.
• Experience testing applications built with Python and JavaScript.
• Experience validating data within PostgreSQL environments.
• Ability to create test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and defect documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and BrowserStack.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Experience validating end-to-end workflows and business logic.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional JavaScript development/testing experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience supporting rapidly evolving CI/CD environments.
