Role Overview

Location-Type: 100% Remote EST Hrs
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: FTE Perm
Compensation Range: $150k - $160k + 15% Bonus (prorated for 2026)

We are seeking a leader to help scale and evolve our monetization infrastructure across programmatic advertising, marketplace operations, yield optimization, and revenue systems. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and ad technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day monetization operations across PMP/deal workflows, SSP coordination, and revenue execution.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic infrastructure across Google Ad Manager, header bidding, Open Bidding, and SSP integrations.
  • Support yield optimization initiatives, including floor strategy, marketplace optimization, auction dynamics, and demand path analysis.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to improve automation, operational tooling, and monetization workflows.
  • Scale monetization operations across emerging channels, including mobile app and in-app advertising.
  • Build scalable processes to reduce manual overhead and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor revenue performance, discrepancies, and marketplace health.
  • Coordinate with SSPs, DSPs, and external partners on troubleshooting and strategic initiatives.
  • Support enterprise publisher monetization and custom revenue solutions.
  • Evolve monetization systems and architecture as AI and automation capabilities mature.
  • Serve as a key escalation and decision-making resource.

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad ops, yield management, or revenue operations.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager, programmatic auctions, header bidding, PMP workflows, and SSP ecosystems.
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity regarding automation, AI workflows, APIs, and operational scale.
  • Experience with data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, Sigma) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SPO, identity/signal strategy, or marketplace optimization is a plus.
