Job Description

We're seeking a Product Marketer/Manager to own the creation, packaging, and organization of content and campaigns that power our industry's go-to-market efforts and strategic partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of partner marketing, sales enablement, and vertical storytelling, with a mandate to build a high-impact content engine that partners and sellers rely on to win deals.

You will work closely with the Partner Marketing team to create reusable, co-brandable partner content and industry-specific narratives that help the client's sellers and partners position the company, tell compelling vertical stories, and execute joint campaigns.

As a Product Marketer/Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain partner marketing and co-sell resources, including "how to sell " playbooks, vertical-specific talk tracks, and objection-handling guides for target industries.
  • Develop and refine product overviews (Enterprise, Galaxy, key features, and differentiators) and AIDA overview content that partners can use in vertical GTM motions.
  • Create verticalized solution briefs and customer-facing assets that highlight partner involvement and clearly articulate the company's value across key industries.
  • Produce partner-ready email and campaign copy blocks (nurture sequences, event invitations, follow-ups) that can be easily aligned to specific verticals and joint value propositions.
  • Design co-brandable assets such as one-pagers, slide templates, and webinar deck templates, with variants or guidance for priority industries.
  • Own and regularly update a Partner Calendar highlighting vertical campaigns, launches, enablement sessions, and key events.
  • Collaborate on AWS and other cloud partnership materials, including co-sell narratives and marketplace positioning, with an emphasis on industry use cases and joint offerings.
  • Stand up and maintain operations, reporting, and support content (FAQs, support contact directories, process guides) that make it easy for partners to access and use partner and vertical content.
  • Implement and manage a feedback loop (e.g., forms, surveys) for partners to request new vertical content, suggest improvements, and report portal issues.

Some of the Things We Look For:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with meaningful time spent in partner marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, or vertical/industry marketing in SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Background in banking or insurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partner-focused and verticalized content, including sales playbooks, solution briefs, case studies, campaign copy, and process documentation.
  • Experience working with cloud or data/analytics ecosystems (e.g., AWS, other hyperscalers, or data platform partners) and familiarity with co-sell, marketplace, and industry solution motions.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging for partners, sellers, and technical audiences while adapting content to specific industries.
  • Proven track record in organizing and maintaining content libraries, including structuring content for partner and vertical discovery.
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Partner Management and Product Marketing to gather inputs and drive alignment on partner and industry narratives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, and similar marketing platforms, as well as partner portals (e.g., Allbound, Impartner), is a plus.
