Our client is a global leader in IoT-driven retail loss prevention, operations management, and analytics solutions. They are seeking an experienced professional to drive new business growth and expand their presence within the retail sector.
What You'll Do
- Generate and close net-new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from discovery through contract execution
- Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers
- Manage proposals, RFPs, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline reporting
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven success selling enterprise technology, SaaS, IoT, security, or retail solutions
- Strong track record of generating new business and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience selling into retail organizations preferred
- Knowledge of retail operations, loss prevention, asset protection, or related technologies
- Strong executive presence, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, consultative, and results-driven professional
