Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to deliver a fully integrated, high-performing experience platform (AEP) and drive vendor integration programs.

  • Location: Remote, but must be based in Northern California (NCAL) near Pleasanton, CA to lead monthly Program Increment meetings on-site.
  • Duration: 12+ months with the possibility of extension.
  • Pay Rate: $90-$95/hr on W2.
  • Requirements: Must work directly on our W2 (No C2C, 1099, OPT, or CPT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive end-to-end planning, execution, and integration of AEP (Adobe Experience Platform) across the healthcare organization.
  • Manage relationships and performance for multiple vendors involved in the integration program.
  • Maintain clear financial oversight and create committed schedules throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring program stability and timely resolution.
  • Act as the central point of communication for IT, business leaders, and internal teams regarding status, value, and progress.
  • Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement in program management, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and that all initiatives are strategically coordinated to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
  • Proven experience in leading the planning, execution, and installation/integration of AEP (Adobe Experience Platform).
  • 5+ years of experience leading vendor integration programs in a technology environment, including managing program financials for complex projects.
  • Experience developing and managing robust schedules and proactively addressing program risks.
  • Excellent communication skills; adept at engaging both IT and business stakeholders, including presenting to stakeholders.
  • Direct hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a huge plus.
