Duration: 5-Month Contract
Mode: 100% Remote
We are seeking a K-12 Delivery Specialist to support the successful delivery of digital assessment programs for K-12 schools and districts. This role will serve as a key point of contact for school and district coordinators, providing training, readiness support, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the testing cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Support schools and districts in preparing for and administering digital assessments.
- Deliver virtual training sessions, webinars, and office hours.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assessment-related processes and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful test administration.
- Identify process improvements and recommend operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in K-12 education, educational technology, assessments, training, or school/district operations.
- Experience leading training workshops and webinars.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Candidates from EST and CST with Valid Visa is mandatory.
