Duration: 5-Month Contract

Mode: 100% Remote

We are seeking a K-12 Delivery Specialist to support the successful delivery of digital assessment programs for K-12 schools and districts. This role will serve as a key point of contact for school and district coordinators, providing training, readiness support, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the testing cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Support schools and districts in preparing for and administering digital assessments.
  • Deliver virtual training sessions, webinars, and office hours.
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assessment-related processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful test administration.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in K-12 education, educational technology, assessments, training, or school/district operations.
  • Experience leading training workshops and webinars.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Candidates from EST and CST with Valid Visa is mandatory.
