Required Skills & Experience

• BS in CS or related field
• 10+ years of data engineering / software engineering experience
• Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams or multiple squads
• Strong background in designing and scaling data platforms or shared data services
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
• Experience enabling ML and analytics workloads
• Communication abilities with product

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience managing remote teams
• History of building reusable tools, frameworks, or platform capabilities
