Contract Duration: 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or systems analysis in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal policy frameworks (e.g., Policy, Standards & Procedures, Regulatory Inventory).
  • Expertise in translating strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and managing backlogs.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Python).
  • Proven ability to manage complex issues, drive consensus, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools is a significant plus.
  • Strong Stress Testing experience.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical Risk Policy Hub functionalities.
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory imperatives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between risk management, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
  • Develop and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, regulatory urgency, and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and resolve ambiguities.
  • Maintain the Book of Work and lead prioritization discussions.
  • Utilize AI tools for requirements documentation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with agile development teams (Scrum Masters, developers, QA) throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Actively participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards.
  • Manage multi-faceted projects across various functional streams and locations.
  • Develop content for senior management reporting and internal communications.
  • Ensure the Risk Policy Hub supports robust data governance, enterprise risk management, and auditability.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to integrate interdependent functionalities.
