Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or systems analysis in complex enterprise environments.
- Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal policy frameworks (e.g., Policy, Standards & Procedures, Regulatory Inventory).
- Expertise in translating strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and managing backlogs.
- Strong proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Advanced data analysis skills (Excel, Python).
- Proven ability to manage complex issues, drive consensus, and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools is a significant plus.
- Strong Stress Testing experience.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical Risk Policy Hub functionalities.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
- Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory imperatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between risk management, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
- Develop and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, prioritizing based on business value, regulatory urgency, and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Maintain the Book of Work and lead prioritization discussions.
- Utilize AI tools for requirements documentation and analysis.
- Collaborate with agile development teams (Scrum Masters, developers, QA) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Actively participate in all agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality standards.
- Manage multi-faceted projects across various functional streams and locations.
- Develop content for senior management reporting and internal communications.
- Ensure the Risk Policy Hub supports robust data governance, enterprise risk management, and auditability.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Office (EDO) to integrate interdependent functionalities.
