Senior Software Engineer | Claude Development

About the Role

We are searching for a mid-level or Senior Software Engineer who has been extensively using Claude to assist with all aspects of the engineering process: research, writing code, documentation, planning, and architecture. You will be joining a small team of similarly AI-enabled engineers working on custom app development projects.

This is a somewhat back-end agnostic position, but skills in React, NextJS, C#/.NET, Java, and Azure are preferred. Any experience building MCP servers for AI Agents API integrations with LLMs & AI applications is a strong plus. Working knowledge of databases (SQL), cloud infrastructure, or devops/CI/CD is also a plus.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

This is a fully remote position within the US.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ Years of experience in software engineering
• Strong experience with Claude Code

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
• Prior experience in a consulting or client/customer-facing capacity
