VMware Engineer/VCF/Nutanix/vxRail/Remote EST coast

We're working with an enterprise company in King of Prussia, PA (remote EST coast) that is hiring a Data Center Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity. This organization supports a large-scale hybrid infrastructure environment and is investing heavily in next-generation virtualization and hyperconverged technologies. The environment is centered around VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), Nutanix, Dell EMC VxRail, enterprise storage, and data center automation, making this an ideal opportunity for an engineer who wants to work with cutting-edge infrastructure technologies in a highly visible role.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise data center environments
• Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
• Strong experience with Nutanix AHV and Prism
• Experience deploying and supporting Dell EMC VxRail environments
• Strong understanding of virtualization, storage, and compute infrastructure
• Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter
• Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts including VLANs, switching, and routing
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with SAN/NAS storage technologies
• VMware or Nutanix certifications preferred
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments
