The Role
Moxie is seeking a Freelance Influencer & Creator Partnerships Specialist to dedicate 5-20 hours per week to managing influencer marketing programs for various clients, based on client and campaign requirements. This role involves vetting and recruiting creator partners, executing campaigns, and generating reports. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with creators. This position reports to the VP, Growth and Creative Services.
This is a fully remote, hourly 1099 freelance position. Candidates must reside within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Create influencer sample lists
- Source and vet relevant influencers for campaigns
- Manage influencer-direct communications
- Develop influencer-facing Brand Guidelines
- Contribute thought starters for influencer posting scenarios
- Draft and update influencer outreach notes
- Conduct moderately heavy influencer outreach
- Monitor responses and proactively send follow-ups
- Compile and negotiate rates and usage specifics per influencer
- Facilitate and troubleshoot influencers' product orders as relevant
- Manage influencer creative review materials
- Prepare materials for client review using existing templates
- Provide recommendations for content adjustments upon delivery to clients
- Route feedback, links, and codes to influencers as appropriate
- Confirm live dates
- Gather screenshots of live content
- Facilitate reporting
- Gather screenshots of post analytics and update tracking grids
- Compile sentiment analysis
- Assist with the development of Wrap Report materials, including analysis and visuals
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with consumer brands within an agency setting
- Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including experience with dashboard platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends
Compensation
The expected hourly rate for this role is $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
