- Track deliverables, milestones, funding, and reporting timelines
- Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant contract files
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day support to program leadership and team members
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, government representatives, and partners
- Help drive special projects and strategic program initiatives

- Are highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoy managing multiple priorities and keeping things on track
- Communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
- Take initiative and adapt as priorities evolve
- Bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to your work
What You Bring
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Confidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- U.S. citizenship (required)
Work Environment & Flexibility

- Opportunities to interact with a broad network of internal and external stakeholders
- Occasional travel for meetings, workshops, or program support activities

You'll gain exposure to complex, high-impact initiatives and work alongside a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
If this sounds like a role where you could contribute and grow, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
