  • Serve as the primary finance partner for non-headcount expense management across the company.

  • Improve and automate KPI reporting using tools such as Equals, Google Sheets, and Looker.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the GTM, Engineering, Analytics and Finance teams to define metrics and build business cases.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to support company growth and efficiency initiatives.
  • Continuously improve finance tooling and workflows by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance role.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience managing budgeting or expense tracking for business functions or departments.
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools.
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, or other high-growth business environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and GTM metrics such as ARR, NRR, bookings vs. revenue, churn, and funnel conversion.
  • Experience working with operational data sources such as Salesforce, Looker, or NetSuite; SQL familiarity is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear narratives for executives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity, ownership mentality, and a willingness to dig into data.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and improving processes.
  • Proactively incorporate AI tools into day-to-day work.

Interview Overview

  • A 30 min interview with a member of our Talent Team.
  • A 45-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager.
  • Live Session (30 minutes max).
  • Peer panels.
  • Final call(s) with executive team member(s).
