Overview

We are hiring highly experienced Education Subject Matter Experts to support a cutting-edge AI initiative in collaboration with Google Gemini.

This role focuses on evaluating and improving AI-generated educational content to ensure alignment with instructional best practices, curriculum standards, and real-world learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated educational content, lesson plans, and assessments
• Assess instructional quality, pedagogical effectiveness, and learner engagement
• Ensure alignment with curriculum frameworks and academic standards
• Evaluate assessment design for validity, reliability, and learning outcomes
• Identify gaps such as misconceptions, poor sequencing, or ineffective instruction
• Contribute to the development of quality frameworks and evaluation rubrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, research, and operations)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in education, curriculum development, or academic leadership
• Advanced degree (Ed.D., PhD, Master's) in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
• Experience in roles such as:
  • Curriculum Director
  • Academic Dean
  • Department Head
  • University Faculty
  • Senior Instructional Designer
  • Education Consultant

Core Expertise

• Curriculum design & instructional methodologies
• Assessment development & evaluation
• Learning sciences and pedagogy
• Alignment with academic standards and frameworks
• Instructional design and learning outcomes mapping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EdTech platforms, LMS, and digital learning tools
• Familiarity with AI in education (content generation, assessments, personalized learning)
• Understanding of education compliance (e.g., FERPA, data privacy)
• Experience in K-12, higher education, or professional learning environments
