About the Role
CollegeAdvisor.com is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for students and families, helping them navigate their college admissions journey and connecting them with our expert advising services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and resources to families beginning their journey with CollegeAdvisor.com.
- Conduct 150-200 daily inbound/outbound calls to discuss our support services.
- Assess prospective families and schedule follow-up consultations with Admissions Specialists.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
- Manage and track leads efficiently using Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Outgoing personality with an excellent phone presence.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and video conferencing (e.g., Zoom).

Additional Information
- Location: Fully remote.
- Compensation: $15.00 - $21.15 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
