About the role
We run a high-volume application funnel and need a closer who can turn warm, pre-qualified applicants into clients on Zoom and the phone. Every lead applied to work with us --- no cold lists, no prospecting, no lead gen, no chasing strangers. You'll work them two ways: take the appointments that book straight onto your calendar, and dial out to the applicants who didn't schedule. If you're allergic to picking up the phone, this isn't your seat. If you know warm applications are the easiest money in sales, keep reading.
We sell a done-for-you program to active real estate wholesalers and investors. Offers range from $7,500 to $15,000. If you've closed high-ticket B2B and you understand the real estate / investing world, you'll be dangerous here.
What you'll do
- Run scheduled Zoom and phone appointments from applicants who booked
- Make outbound dials to warm applications that didn't schedule --- set the call or close on the spot
- Diagnose fit, handle objections, and close on the call
- Work pipeline and no-shows with our follow-up system (we hand it to you)
- Log calls and update the CRM so we can coach to the tape
- Hit and beat monthly cash-collected targets
What you need (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (B2B preferred)
- $3M+ in personal cash collected --- be ready to show the numbers
- Proven on Zoom and phone closing (not field, not retail) and comfortable on outbound dials
- Background or working knowledge in real estate, investing, or wholesaling
- Self-managed, coachable, and able to live on a call calendar and a dial list
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet space, and a professional Zoom setup
Compensation
Commission-based, with an option for base pay as well --- and a realistic OTE of $10,000+/month. This is a warm, high-ticket seat with real volume for a closer who performs. Earnings depend on your performance, show rates, and close rate.
