About National Strategies Public Relations

NSPR helps organizations that do good get seen, heard, and understood.

Through strategic communications---earned media, thought leadership, and crisis response---we connect the right message with the right audience to drive real-world impact.

Established in 2011, National Strategies Public Relations (NSPR) partners with nonprofits, credit unions, and mission-driven organizations across the country. We help them amplify their voice, shape perception, and turn meaningful work into meaningful visibility.

Our team brings over 90 years of combined PR experience---but we're not a stiff agency. We move fast, think creatively, and genuinely enjoy what we're building.

Compensation

This position pays $55,000 --- $60,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

Benefits

  • Fully remote, flexible work environment
  • Paid time off holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to growth
  • Direct access to leadership
  • Opportunity to own and build visible brand platforms
  • Real opportunity to grow with a scaling agency

Why This Role Matters

This is not a "post and schedule content" role.

This is a build something real role.

You'll be focused on growing NSPR itself---our brand, visibility, and momentum. You're not supporting client accounts---you're helping build the engine that brings them in.

Job Description

Own and execute NSPR's marketing engine across five core growth areas:

  1. Press Play Podcast
  2. Cohorts (Credit Union & Nonprofit)
  3. Partnerships
