About Pawfy

Pawfy is one of the fastest-growing DTC Pet brands in the market. We are profitably, exponentially growing and have helped over 1,00,000 dogs get better preventative care.

We're searching for a hands-on paid social media buyer who has managed at least $250k in monthly video ad spend across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snap to join our acquisition team.

You don't just excel at the technical side of paid social, but you are also well-versed in direct response performance marketing. You know how to convert clicks to sales by identifying new creative angles and audiences, and by capitalizing on them with resonant media. Hooks, angles, CTRs, Thumb Stop Rate, etc., are in your daily vocabulary.

Ideal Candidate's Background

We're looking for a true direct response marketer with vast experience in video ads. You need to be able to oversee the funnel from A-Z, ensuring congruence with audience, ad, landing page, and product page. You have ideally worked in a DTC environment where profitability on the first order or against lifetime value mattered.

A Typical Day

  • Analyzing trends, data, testing results, and breaking it down to pinpoint your next move and inform your strategy.
  • Strategizing by identifying new opportunities, tweaks, and improvements, and figuring out who to go after next with your campaigns.
  • Executing inside the ad account, setting up CBO, ASC, ABO campaigns, and ensuring appropriate organization for streamlined reporting.
  • Creative production, working with our robust video editing team, copywriting, and other departments to create creative briefs of ideas you want to test next.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years in DTC Paid Social Managing At Least $250K/mo Budgets.
  • Primarily experience in Facebook, Instagram Ads, but TikTok, AppLovin, or Snap is a big plus.
  • Full Funnel Performance Marketer - Heavy exposure to direct response marketing covering media, creative direction, and conversion elements.
  • Data Driven - Extremely comfortable diving deep into analytics platforms, spreadsheets, etc., to detect patterns to capitalize on while leveraging the latest in data science.
  • Think Fast, Move Fast Mentality - You need to be proactive and continuous in your efforts to drive higher conversions at maximum efficiency.
  • Creative - This isn't just an ad uploader role; we're looking for a well-rounded media buyer who can ideate, create, and execute.
  • Organized & Detail Oriented - Staying on top of task boards, sheets, and other data sources to ensure consistent and streamlined reporting.
