About the Role

Join our Transformation and Delivery team as a Project Management Sr Analyst. You will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and overseeing company projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet quality standards. This role involves supporting project development, facilitating cross-functional communication, securing resources, and generating project reports.

Responsibilities

• Planning and Coordination: Assist with project planning, including schedule creation and task definition.
• Team Collaboration: Work with senior project managers to implement plans and clarify team roles.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular updates.
• Communication: Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align project objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Support the creation of project documentation such as charters, timelines, business cases, proposals, meeting minutes, status reports, and monthly op review slides.
• Budgeting: Assist with resource allocation and budget management.
• Collaboration: Partner with business teams to develop programs and enhancements aligned with organizational best practices and create quantitative data for ROI presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment, operations, or project management.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to build effective relationships.
• Comfort navigating uncertainty and establishing structure.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven with strong follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a mission-critical environment.

Desired Characteristics

• Experience with global teams.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Certification and experience in SCRUM, PMP, and AGILE methodologies.

Salary Range

$95,000 - $125,000
