Sales Development Specialist (Commission-Only)

We are seeking high-performance Sales Development Specialists to identify, engage, and convert qualified clients for our performance-driven marketing services.
This is a commission-only role built for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate pipeline and close revenue independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify high-value prospects (e.g., category-leading brands, venture-backed startups, enterprises)
- Conduct outbound outreach using publicly available channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)
- Engage decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CMOs, and VPs of Marketing
- Position and sell our performance-focused web audit services
- Close deals and facilitate secure electronic payments
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless audit delivery
Role Scope
- Pure revenue-generation role --- no involvement in service fulfillment
- Full ownership of prospecting, outreach, and closing
- All activities conducted remotely and digitally
Ideal Candidate
- Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
- Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and closing high-value deals
- Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
