Position Summary

The Process and Personnel Qualification Management Expert (PPQME) supports Medical Safety and/or Global Development business process owners in the end-to-end management of content and compliance training within the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Responsible for managing the lifecycle of business process documents, content management, training development, and training deployment.
  • Partners with stakeholders to ensure compliant content and training are developed, approved, and implemented according to organizational requirements.
  • Supports medical safety groups by creating, revising, and maintaining business process documentation and associated training plans.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a medium to large organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Previous content management experience.
  • Experience managing document lifecycle processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred

  • Previous pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience supporting Medical Safety organizations.
  • Experience with SUMMIT and/or True Vault.
  • Experience deploying training through LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage project plans, schedules, scope, timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle from content development through training deployment.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) methodologies.
  • Coordinate content review, approval, storage, and maintenance within content management systems.
  • Identify training requirements, target audiences, and deployment strategies.
  • Support training material development and deployment through Learning Management Systems.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and resolutions to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Process and Data Management (PDM) teams to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Create and revise business process documents to support process improvements and organizational changes.
  • Support process change management activities and training implementation plans.
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes is required.

Duration: 06 months contract (Extendable) Location: Remote Pay Rate: $ 40.00 - $ 42.46/hr on W2
