About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is seeking a highly strategic and technically capable Sr AI Solutions Architect to support the continued growth of our Data & AI practice. This role sits at the intersection of solution strategy, enterprise architecture, client engagement, delivery alignment, and go-to-market execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong client-facing consulting and technical solutioning capabilities with a practical understanding of what it takes to successfully implement, operationalize, and scale enterprise AI solutions. This individual will work directly alongside Sales, Delivery, Alliances, and Leadership teams to shape opportunities, refine service offerings, support strategic growth initiatives, and guide clients through AI-related discovery and implementation planning.

This is not a traditional pre-sales role focused primarily on workshops, funded assessments, or demonstrations. We are looking for someone who can help clients move from AI interest and exploratory conversations into executable delivery engagements with clear business outcomes, scalable architectures, operational ownership, and long-term adoption strategies.

How You Will Make An Impact

Sales Engineering & Solution Strategy

  • Partner directly with Sales teams to support AI-related opportunity development and pursuit strategy.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand business objectives, operational challenges, technical constraints, implementation risks, and transformation goals.
  • Lead or assist with development of solution architectures, implementation strategies, statements of work, delivery assumptions, and operational transition planning.
  • Support effort estimation, engagement scoping, staffing alignment, implementation planning, and delivery execution readiness activities.
  • Help identify technical risks, operational dependencies, governance considerations, supportability concerns, and implementation challenges during pursuit activities.
  • Conduct executive briefings and strategic discussions related to enterprise AI technologies, implementation approaches, and operational readiness.
  • Assist with positioning AI solutions in a business-focused and outcome-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery architects and engineers to ensure proposed solutions are executable, supportable, scalable, and aligned with delivery capabilities and operational realities.

Discovery, Assessments & Workshops

  • Conduct AI readiness assessments, discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and implementation planning engagements designed to accelerate production delivery opportunities.
  • Facilitate conversations focused on AI governance, data readiness, operational readiness, adoption planning, platform strategy, and implementation feasibility.
  • Participate in client engagements related to Microsoft Copilot, AI enablement, intelligent applications, AI operations, and modern workplace transformation.
  • Support assessment activities involving existing platform architecture, operational workflows, collaboration patterns, security considerations, and data maturity.

Go-To-Market & Offering Development

  • Participate in go-to-market steering discussions and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and evolve AI-focused service offerings, implementation methodologies, scalable delivery motions, and operational engagement models.
  • Help identify emerging market trends, competitive positioning opportunities, evolving enterprise AI demand patterns, and scalable implementation opportunities.
  • Assist with development of reusable assets, solution accelerators, implementation frameworks, assessment models, and client-facing collateral.

Technical Collaboration & Internal Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and delivery leadership across Data & AI and adjacent practices.
  • Serve as a strategic and technical bridge between Sales and Delivery organizations.
  • Provide internal guidance and feedback regarding solution strategy, technical feasibility, implementation complexity, and emerging technologies.

What You Will Bring To The Table

  • 5-10 years of experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, consulting, enterprise architecture, or technical advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise technology sales pursuits and client-facing solution engagements.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, enterprise AI adoption patterns, and modern Microsoft ecosystem capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, technical stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and business users.
  • Experience scoping projects, estimating delivery effort, and identifying technical or operational risks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, Power Platform, Teams, and related AI capabilities.
  • Experience with AI-related concepts such as copilots, conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent automation, AI operations, or modern data platforms.
  • Microsoft certifications related to Azure AI, Copilot, Data & AI, Power Platform, or Modern Work are considered a plus.
