About The Role
We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Product Testers to join our team from home across the United States. As a Product Tester, you will participate in various In-Home Usage Tests, providing valuable insights on new products and services. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work with no prior experience required. The position offers guaranteed hours ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, with competitive pay rates between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the specific project. Participants will be responsible for following detailed testing instructions, documenting their experiences, and providing honest feedback through reviews, photos, videos, and other forms of communication as specified in each project.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and a curious mindset
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or smartphone capable of taking photos and videos
- Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to commit to 15-25 hours per week and adhere to a routine
Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of a Product Tester include:
- Following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule meticulously, which may involve unpacking products, reading instructions, usage, and providing feedback
- Documenting the testing process through screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and journal entries as instructed
- Using the tested products responsibly and carefully to ensure accurate feedback
- Engaging in online or mobile feedback activities, such as writing reviews, taking pictures, or participating in private chat discussions if required
- Utilizing mobile testing technology, including Point-of-Emotion® insights captured through smartphone applications, for certain projects
- Maintaining confidentiality and privacy throughout the testing process
