About the People Intern Role
This internship offers broad exposure to various HR disciplines, contributing to meaningful projects that support organizational goals. You'll gain hands-on experience, develop practical HR and compensation skills, and understand how HR strategies impact business and talent outcomes in healthcare.
Role Responsibilities
- Review, update, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal processes in Workday and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain employee documentation in Workday, including provider agreements and addendums.
- Collaborate with compensation survey providers by reviewing market data, researching roles, and supporting job matching and level validation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications via Nucleus.
- Assist with project tracking, reporting, and program summaries.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- Prior internship or professional experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related industry is strongly preferred.

Work Environment
This internship may be virtual. A hybrid work schedule is required for candidates residing within 30 miles of a NeueHealth location.
