Must be actively licensed and in good standing with the Wyoming State Bar
Experience:
1--2 years of litigation or negotiation experience preferred

About the Role

You'll be provided with a steady caseload, all necessary remote tools, and full support from an experienced legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client matters from intake through resolution.
- Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel.
- Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, and tenant rights.
- Utilize the firm's Salesforce-based case management system to track matters and client communications.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff.
What You Won't Do
- No billable hour requirements.
- No sales or client acquisition.
- No business development responsibilities.
- No late nights---standard 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with excellent work-life balance.
Ideal Candidate
- Active Wyoming Bar license in good standing is required.
- 1--2 years of litigation, negotiation, or related legal experience preferred.
- Experience in consumer law, financial disputes, collections, or personal injury is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
