What You'll Do
- Drive new business development by identifying and winning new client partnerships
- Build and manage long-term relationships with healthcare and senior living organizations
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account management
- Execute full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates
- Recruit leadership talent within senior living, assisted living, and healthcare operations
- Develop creative recruiting and candidate marketing strategies to generate demand
- Collaborate with internal support resources to scale delivery and pipeline activity
- Help shape the growth strategy and operational foundation of a growing search firm
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Who You Are
- Experienced full-desk recruiter or search consultant with a strong business development background
- Proven ability to generate revenue within a recruiting or staffing environment
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed with a builder mentality
- Skilled at balancing both recruiting delivery and sales responsibilities
- Motivated by long-term growth, autonomy, and uncapped earnings
- Healthcare, senior living, or healthcare staffing experience is preferred but not required
- Comfortable operating in an evolving startup environment where initiative and adaptability matter
