Project Manager - Hyland OnBase / Epic Conversions (100% Remote)
Healthcare IT project leadership role driving document conversion workstreams inside a major Epic EMR rollout. Contract through end of 2026 with strong likelihood of extension into 2027.
The Project
We're rolling out Epic in waves, with go-live set for November 2026. You'll own Wave Three prep, managing the conversion of roughly 20 source systems into Hyland OnBase with links flowing into Epic. You'll also kick off discovery on the eight Wave Four conversions already taking shape.
This is hands-on PM work. You'll be running the calls, holding vendors accountable, and keeping a complex conversion timeline on track week after week.
What You'll Own
- Project plan, schedule, and resource management for Wave Three using PMI PMBOK practices
- Weekly vendor calls across all in-flight source systems through go-live
- Weekly status reports to leadership with clear risk surfacing and mitigation plans
- Scope, schedule, and resourcing changes as conversion data firms up
- Vendor outreach and discovery for Wave Four
- Clear translation of technical conversion work into leadership-ready updates
What You Bring
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally healthcare IT or EMR-adjacent
- Proven track record leading data and document conversion projects end-to-end
- Strong third-party vendor management chops
- Comfort running cross-functional working sessions and presenting to leadership
- MS Project, CA Clarity, or a comparable PPM tool
Bullseye Experience
- Hyland OnBase
- Epic integrations or healthcare data workflows
- Phased, wave-based enterprise rollouts
- PMP certification
The Details
- 100% remote, no patient-facing work
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- East Coast hours preferred, Central or Pacific open for the right person
- Brief shift flexibility may be needed around the May 30 Wave Two go-live
