Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise platform migration and transformation initiative. This role owns the end-to-end program to migrate from an existing legacy platform to a newly built target platform, including oversight of all required integrations, data migration, and transition activities needed to achieve the future-state operating model. The Program Manager will coordinate multiple stakeholders, delivery partners, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution, strong governance, and successful business adoption.

Mandatory:

  • Should have experience in leading large-scale, end-to-end transformations involving cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Prior experience with ADP, Ansys preferred, with a strong data background to enable data-driven decision-making and measurable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Program Owner, Cross-Functional Coordinator, Executive Stakeholder Liaison, Transformation Enabler.
  • Own the full lifecycle of a complex platform migration program, from planning through go-live and stabilization.
  • Establish and manage program governance, execution cadence, and decision structures.
  • Drive alignment between business strategy, technology execution, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee the migration from an existing platform to a new target platform, ensuring continuity of business operations.
  • Manage data migration, cutover planning, and decommissioning of legacy capabilities.
  • Ensure all required downstream and upstream system integrations are identified, designed, built, tested, and deployed.
  • Coordinate migration waves, releases, and cutover activities to minimize risk and disruption.
  • Work directly with internal business leaders, technology teams, and multiple external delivery partners.
  • Lead executive steering committees, program reviews, and cross-vendor coordination forums.
  • Proactively manage escalations, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and interdependencies.
  • Oversee multiple interrelated workstreams, including platform implementation, integrations, data migration, testing (SIT, UAT, and cutover validation), and training and business readiness.
  • Enforce disciplined change control and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure the program delivers business transformation outcomes, not just technical migration.
  • Drive adoption of the new platform and future-state processes. Align operating model, roles, and workflows to the new platform capabilities.
  • Partner with change management and training teams to ensure readiness and adoption.
  • Provide clear, concise, executive-level program status reports.
  • Maintain transparency on progress, risks, and delivery health. Track and report milestones, KPIs, and transformation outcomes.
