Role Description

This is a remote role for a College Recruiter. The College Recruiter will focus on engaging with prospective students, building relationships, and guiding them through the application and enrollment process.

Responsibilities include:

• Attending online recruitment events.
• Presenting the university's programs.
• Maintaining a database of contacts.
• Collaborating with the admissions team.
• Identifying outreach opportunities within church communities.
• Developing strategies to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and engaging with prospective students.
• Organizational and planning abilities to manage recruitment events and support the enrollment process effectively.
• Knowledge of digital tools and platforms for online recruiting and event coordination.
• Experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Understanding of and alignment with the university's Christian mission and values.
