Multifamily Asset Manager

We are seeking an Asset Manager to join a growing multifamily investment firm overseeing a portfolio of 8 value-add multifamily assets. This individual will be responsible for driving operational and financial performance across the portfolio while partnering closely with acquisitions, property management partners, and ownership teams to execute business plans and maximize investor returns.

This is a fully remote opportunity with travel. Must be located near an airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational performance across an 8-property multifamily portfolio
• Execute value-add business plans, renovation programs, and operational improvement initiatives
• Analyze monthly financials, budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting to drive NOI growth
• Manage relationships with third-party property management companies and operating partners
• Monitor leasing trends, occupancy, rent growth, and expense performance across assets
• Support acquisitions and dispositions through due diligence, underwriting review, and transition oversight
• Prepare asset-level reporting and presentations for executive leadership and investors
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and portfolio performance

Qualifications

• 4+ years of multifamily asset management experience
• Experience overseeing value-add multifamily assets required
• Strong financial analysis and operational management skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

$120,000 - $140,000
