Role Overview
nTech Workforce is offering a fully remote W2 contract position for an HR Specialist with a six-month term. The role is suited to an experienced HR professional who can support employee relations, hiring activities, corrective actions, and day-to-day people operations in a dynamic environment.

What You Will Do
This position focuses on assisting with core human resources functions, including employee relations support, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and handling corrective action processes. The role also requires interpreting HR policies, maintaining accurate data and reports, and partnering with others across the organization in a fast-moving setting.
Responsibilities
- Support employee relations cases and related HR processes
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Help manage corrective action documentation and follow-up
- Interpret HR policies and apply them appropriately
- Provide customer-focused HR support to employees and internal stakeholders
- Work with HR data, systems, and reporting tasks
- Coordinate across multiple HR functions as needed, including benefits, compensation, immigration, and performance management
- Operate effectively in a changing, fast-paced environment
Required Background
- High school diploma required
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in HR support involving employee relations, recruitment, and corrective action
- Experience with HR onboarding or work as an HR technician, analyst, or generalist
- Working knowledge of HR policies and standard HR procedures
- Understanding of compensation, benefits, employee relations, immigration, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws
- Customer service background and strong service orientation
- Comfort working with systems, data, and reporting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities and ambiguity
- Human Resources license such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred/required as stated
