We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive for IT Sales/Managed Services (Healthcare Payer) to join our team in Los Angeles, California (US-CA), United States (US).

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT Sales experience in the Managed Services/Professional Services space and strong relationships in the Healthcare Payer market. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of Information Technology and Digital Solutions sales. This is primarily a hunter-type sales role to generate, qualify, and close new business at the C-Suite decision maker level.

Additional Qualifications and Responsibilities

  • Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions (e.g., regulatory compliance, digital/mobile solutions, BPO).
  • History of success in a sales hunter role with a demonstrated ability to acquire net new logos.
  • A passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes; recognized as an expert in the Healthcare Payer/Payvider service solutions industry.
  • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services and ability to articulate the value proposition to clients.
  • Creatively sell into large national Healthcare Insurance and Payer accounts with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Requires strategic agility to interface and successfully influence C-level executives.
  • Design and implement sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
  • Ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
  • Applies deep understanding of business, financials, service offerings, and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Drives services sales strategies that help drive exponential sales growth.
  • Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in Revenue.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape for IT services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with boardroom executive presence.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 40% of the time.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Services sales and/or professional services sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling into enterprise Healthcare payer clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay range for this remote role is $179,000 - $354,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including work location, experience, and skills. This position may be eligible for incentive compensation and company benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
