Senior Java Developer - Hybrid / Partially Client Onsite

Job Summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Java Developer for a Hybrid / Partially Client Onsite role in Irving, Texas. This position is crucial for developing impactful digital technology solutions for our clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient Java & Spring Boot code, focusing on microservices.
• Collaborate with QA Analysts and Software Developers on solutions.
• Work within a scrum team to deliver assigned stories.
• Develop and document frameworks for integration and technical standard implementation.
• Design reusable frameworks, manage environments, and design layouts.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand user requirements.
• Partner with the technical team on system planning, scheduling, and timelines.
• Participate in Agile planning and estimation.
• Provide technical guidance and lead issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate (design, development, performance tuning, microservices, troubleshooting, deployment).
• 6+ years of strong experience in UI technologies (JavaScript, Angular) (design, development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, deployment).
• 5+ years of experience in Angular 12 & above.
• 5+ years of experience with ECS, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and architecting solutions with the latest tech advancements.
• 5+ years of experience building UI components for agent applications (Figma experience is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience with Elastic Search, NoSQL databases, and Caching solutions.
• 3+ years of experience designing and optimizing software solutions for performance and stability.
• 3+ years of experience in Authentication, Authorization, and Security.
• 3+ years of experience with UI architecture patterns (Micro Frontend, NX).
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript.
