Technical Support Specialist (US West Coast)

Remote - Must be West Coast time zone

Ocho People are working with a fast-growing cloud security company to hire a Technical Support Specialist.

About the Company

The company delivers a next-gen cloud security platform that uses real-time data to identify and prioritise risk across cloud environments, helping teams stay secure and focused.

The Role

You'll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with customers to ensure a smooth experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support via chat, Slack, and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Escalate complex cases to engineering teams
  • Support customers and guide product usage
  • Maintain support documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Support, TAM, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with MySQL and troubleshooting tools
  • Understanding of Linux, networking, and cybersecurity
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
