Compliance Operations Analyst

I'm currently partnering with a global technology and industrial organisation looking to appoint a Compliance Operations Analyst to join their Legal Operations and Compliance team in Charlotte.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who sits at the intersection of compliance, technology, data and operational improvement, with the chance to work on enterprise-wide transformation projects and cutting-edge AI-driven compliance initiatives.

The role will focus on supporting and enhancing the technology, systems and analytics capabilities underpinning global compliance operations, while helping drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting upgrades and enhancements across compliance data systems
• Partnering with IT teams to improve global compliance technology platforms
• Supporting AI-driven compliance analytics, risk assessments and automation initiatives
• Working on enterprise transformation projects including SAP S/4HANA migration activities
• Supporting compliance reporting, dashboards and data visualisation initiatives
• Ensuring compliance systems align with evolving regulatory requirements
• Supporting service continuity and operational improvements across compliance platforms
• Evaluating emerging AI and agentic AI solutions to improve efficiency and scalability

What they're looking for:

• 8 years' experience within IT, compliance technology or data-focused roles
• Experience working with compliance systems such as SAP GTS or Third-Party Risk platforms
• Strong understanding of data analytics and dashboard/reporting tools such as Tableau
• Ability to work across both technical and compliance-focused stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise systems and transformation initiatives
