I'm currently partnering with a global business services organisation looking to appoint Remote Sales & Customer Service Representatives to join their growing customer support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems and working within a fast-paced customer-focused environment, all from the comfort of home.

The role will involve supporting customers across phone, email, chat and social media channels while delivering a positive customer experience and helping achieve service and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers with enquiries, issues and account support
• Handling customer interactions across phone, email, chat and social channels
• Resolving and de-escalating customer concerns professionally
• Processing requests, payments and account updates where required
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and case information
• Meeting customer service and sales performance targets
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 6 months' customer service experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable working with computer systems and online platforms
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Sales or contact centre experience beneficial
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
