FCM Financial & Operations Analyst

I'm currently partnering with a leading global agribusiness and financial services organisation looking to appoint an FCM Financial & Operations Analyst to join their operations team in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong operations, financial services or customer account management experience who enjoys working within highly regulated environments while helping improve operational processes, controls and customer experience.

The role will focus on customer onboarding, account management, operational controls, regulatory reporting and process improvement activities within a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer onboarding and account setup activities
• Supporting customer account maintenance and operational processes
• Maintaining accurate client account data across internal systems
• Managing account change requests and regulatory documentation
• Supporting AML/KYC compliance and operational control processes
• Preparing and tracking Adobe signature and compliance documentation
• Supporting audits, regulatory reviews and financial examinations
• Collaborating with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Brokerage teams
• Supporting process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk

What they're looking for:

• 2 years' experience within customer account management or operations
• Experience working within regulated financial or operational environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and strict deadlines
• Experience with AML/KYC processes beneficial

Additional experience of interest:

• Financial services, commodities or FCM industry experience
• SEC or CFTC regulated environment exposure
• Agribusiness experience
• Power BI, SAP and Microsoft Suite experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field preferred
