Senior Analyst -- Quality Improvement & Compliance
100% Remote | Healthcare | Florida
I'm currently partnering with a large healthcare organisation looking to appoint a Senior Analyst to join their Quality Improvement and Compliance team in a fully remote position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within healthcare quality, managed care or compliance who enjoys analytical work, operational improvement and working on initiatives that directly impact healthcare quality and patient outcomes.
The role will support enterprise-wide quality improvement programmes, regulatory compliance initiatives and performance reporting across multiple healthcare operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting quality improvement and compliance initiatives across healthcare programmes
- Analysing and reporting on quality performance metrics and operational trends
- Producing reports, dashboards and analytical insights for leadership teams
- Supporting NCQA accreditation and regulatory audit preparation activities
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities
- Assisting with HEDIS, STARS and quality metric analysis
- Supporting policy, procedure and compliance documentation updates
- Collaborating cross-functionally with operational and quality teams
- Contributing to process improvement and healthcare performance initiatives
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience within healthcare, managed care or quality improvement
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Visio or process mapping tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
Additional experience of interest:
- Medicare or Medicaid experience
- HEDIS reporting or compliance exposure
- NCQA accreditation experience
- CPHQ, CHCA or RN credentials beneficial
