Head of Accounting Policy & Financial Reporting

Role Overview

As Head of Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting at OnePay, you will lead our accounting policy and financial reporting function, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer. You will ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting while supporting the company's growth and evolving product landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP, including ongoing assessment of FASB and SEC developments.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and ensure a strong internal control environment over financial reporting.
• Analyze and document accounting implications for complex transactions including M&A, new products, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes.
• Lead modernization efforts across reporting processes, systems, and controls to support scale and efficiency.
